To reach the Villa you have to drive through 2 different automatic gates. The Villa is set in a 38,750 ft² (3.600m²) landscape with colorfully flourishing plants and shrubs, orchids and fruit trees. A pond with quoi carp and turtles, an aviary of breeding birds like budgerigar and cockatiels create an individual garden. The property is very well maintained. The ovally shaped pool was recently tiled. Facing the ocean from the pool gives an infinity feeling.
The property basically consists of 2 individual houses that are connected via staircase.
The main house is a one story house with a high wooden ceiling that complements the expansive view and facilitates the breeze from both the ocean and the mountain to keep you relaxed and refreshed. It is ~ 3,100 ft2 (290 m²) large, including a living room that is ~ 1,300 ft2 (120 m²) and a roofed veranda of ~ 440 ft2 (40 m²). a big master bedroom with Jacuzzi, bathroom and walk-in-closet plus 2 more bedrooms each with a bathroom If you move here, you’ll be tempted to sit outside on the veranda as often as possible to soak in the beauty, the view, and the weather.
The second house ground floor includes a large covered area to accommodate two or three cars plus another separate carport. A gentle winding staircase goes up to the second and third floors with an ornate fine iron balustrade. Downstairs maid’s quarter, with shower, toilet bedroom area and laundry room, plus an office or workshop with inverter, batteries, and generator. The 2nd floor of the second house has an apartment with a bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a separate gentle-men’s room for enjoying whisky and cigars ~1,650 ft2 (90 m²) and a ~26 ft (8 m) high wall, including oak furniture and antlers on the wall. The 3rd floor of the second house is an open terrace of ~750 ft2 (70 m²) with a kitchen and bathroom. The surrounding view extends to the endless blue Atlantic
